Why I think most American Christians are wrong about Marriage

Recently, I have seen so much divisive language being passed around focused on the definition of marriage. It makes me sad that most of the thing I read are bashing another person’s deeply held beliefs instead of respectfully facilittating mutually beneficial discussion. Therefore, I wanted to try to add to the discussion something I have not seen anyone talk about. I hope to do it in a positive way. If the way I say something offends, I hope you can see past my imperfections as a human and can see what I am trying to say. Please share the page if you … Read the rest

Guilt Trip or a Missed Opportunity?

A man with a white beard kneels down to a small, skinny and obviously malnourished child. Intercultural Evangelism (Foreign Missions)

Method Summary

Okay guys! This one is definitely the subject I enjoy most! Intercultural Evangelism! (Me excited? Nope.)

Intercultural evangelism was one of the methods of evangelism Jesus not only carried out, but He specifically told us to do in the Great Commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” Jesus lived out evangelism in every aspect of his life. Jesus himself was a Foreign Missionary from heaven to us. By presenting the Gospel around the world, we are continuing His mission.

Jesus showed no regard for the cultural barriers of the time. One example of this was when … Read the rest
