There was one thing that I absolutely loved about the Amazon more than anything. Yes, the scenery is absolutely beautiful there, but that wasn’t my favorite part. Hey everyone! I know it has been at least a week since I’ve posted anything on here, so I wanted to let you know: I’m not dead! Now that we’ve gotten that straightened out,  on to something completely different.

These past few weeks have been quite hectic to say the least and until at least the 25th of May, my life will be. Tomorrow, I’m going to Chicago again to work with my missionary friend Hicham Chehab who pastors Salam Arabic Fellowship which ministers to Iraqi and Iranian refugees. It’s going to be very interesting this time because last time I was there, Hicham asked me to learn a Persian Christian song in order to sing it at his church service…

Emily Krieg, a friend of mine, is going on a mission trip to in Comayagua, Honduras this summer. Emily said there is a church “in the village of La Villa de San Antonio, 15 minutes south of Comayagua, is in need of help in areas of community development and outreach to the poor.” She said, “I will be going down with a team from my church on June 27th through July 4th and I am incredibly excited! I also will possibly be painting a mural on one of the walls of a community center down there, using my skills for God!” “How cool is that?” she said emphatically…
